Question by Cheex23: Diet and fitness plan for losing 20 lbs?
Hi. I’m a 19 year old female. I am 5’2 and 160 lbs. I haven’t worked out since I graduated high school 2 years ago. I talked to my Marine Recruiter today and I’ve got to lose 20 pounds to be able to enlist. I don’t know how I should eat or how I should exercise. Does anyone have any tips that could help? I need to burn fat, gain muscle and have energy.

For quick weight loss

No breakfast
Grilled chicken salad for lunch with no dressing
Protein shake for snack around 2-3
Grilled fish or chicken for dinner with green beans
…..(Not the healthiest, but good for quick weight loss, THIS IS NOT FOR LONG TERM)

The main thing is portion control, don’t over eat but don’t under eat either. You MUST eat breakfast, because if you skip you’ll gain ten extra pounds per year rather than losing twenty- five! (I might be off by the last number by five pounds or so).

Have a lot of vegetables, preferably celery and carrots, and eat lots of berries and oranges/acids. Don’t too much calcium. Take some vitamins and make sure to jog.

Do the Fat X Workout and Diet Program. It’s great for losing fat, getting fit and toned. The workout videos are free on the Fat X 101 blog( You can also get a personal trainer or join a boot camp.

You are reading these words right now, because you are extremely interested in knowing more about quick weight loss diets. So are about 80% of the people who go on to the internet looking for ways and means in which they can lose weight really fast. But you have to ask yourself are quick weight loss diet really effective and is it possible that you might come out of the diet weaker than you were before?

One of the reasons why so many people do not benefit greatly from quick weight loss diets is because they go from eating heavy meals to starving themselves suddenly. This is the most harmful thing that you can do to your body. Your body needs lots of minerals and vitamins to function properly. Suddenly, you go on a starvation diet supposedly well calculated to lose weight. Yes, you are going to lose weight, because the body is going to start burning up tissue to compensate for the loss of food. So, if you have already been undergoing a quick weight loss plan or diet, you need to know whether it is working in a positive they are in a negative manner.

If you find yourself losing muscle tone, it means that you have reached a starvation point. This is definitely one not, what is expected to come out any good quick weight loss diets. Your diet should be good enough to preserve the muscle of your heart and instead get rid of all these extra calories. The moment, your body starts absorbing calories, it is going to produce keystones. Keystones are manufactured when the human body starts utilizing the fat cells properly. A good diet, which allows you to lose weight fast, is not going to have any red meats, lard, cheese, milk, and pastas. Instead, it is going to have cereals, beans, fresh fruit, vegetables, and foodstuffs with very low carbohydrates.

The best quick weight loss diets are definitely not going to have any cholesterol products or sugar in them. These are going to help you lose weight, really quickly, while keeping your heart muscles happy. That means you need to cut out on the fried food, and load yourself with vitamins, minerals, and high-fiber.
