Question by linked161: I need a good fitness plan?
I want to begin losing weight, I’m about 5’10 and wiegh about 190.
Does any one know a good plan or website that has a good plan to follow?

    eat better and work out EVERYDAY dont skip more than 1 day a MONTH
    go to a gym or get up early and run 5 miles push uor self u NEED to work more than 30 mins to burn fat when doing this u burn 90% fat and 10% other stuff
    STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD AND HIGH CARBs dont go crazy u need carbs to burn fat

    Multiply your goal weight times 10. (150 x 10=1,500 calories) That’s how many calories a day you should be consuming. Eat 5-6 small portions a day. Exercise, especially cardio. You don’t have to run 10 miles to be effective, just walking to start off with will do. Counting calories can be tedious at times so here is a website to help you stay on track….

    there really isnt an easy way out of losing weight you just really have to work at it
