Question by Jason M: Is this fitness plan to lose fat okay?
Should I being doing cardio before breakfast adn weight training later in the day? Or should I do it all at once? If I do it all at once should i do it before breakfast to burn more fat?

I don’t know to much about this, but it think you should do cardio in the morning before breakfast to burn off that fat, and do your weight training later in the day because you will have more energy to burn and you’ll be able to lift more.

    do your cardio in the am on an empty stomach to burn more fat. just make sure you have some good BCAA’s before you do your cardio.

    and your taining anytime after

    i do 1 hr cardio 6 days a week… you can split that into 2 30min sessions or do it all at once…
