Question by Richonna c: For me being a teen at 168lbs, what is the best diet and fitness plan?
My homecoming is coming up next month and I want to look my best. Im looking at at least 10 to 15 pounds to lose. What is the best possible way to lose weight??

    visit fitnessfun.page.tl for a workout plan just for you. Know people who tried it and it works.

    Sweetie, you may have waited too long to start. Safe weight loss is 1/2 to 2 lbs per week.

    But any loss is a good loss, even if you don’t hit your goal before Homecoming. Eat less, move more. Cut out processed foods, and concentrate on whole grains, fruit and veggies. No regular soda, no fried foods.

    well here are some tips
    – workout at the gym (Cardio and strengthtraining) or actually do any physical activity
    – drink lots and lots of brewed green tea
    – dont drink anything artifical or sweetened
    – drink apple cider before each meal (ive been doing it for a month now and it makes me less hungry there are no side effects … its just apple cider! and its been shown that it makes you lose weight )
    – DONT EAT AT NIGHT
    – get a good sleep
    – eat slowly so you can taste the food youre eating not huge bites
    – and dont deprive yourself in the morning or when youre really hungry in the afternoon
