losing weight fast is not safe, you have to lose weight slow ….

the thing i did to lose weight is,
1. buy a wii fit plus
2. drink lots and lots of water
3. get plenty of sleep
4. exercise, exercise, exercise!!! exercise for about 40-50 minutes a day
5. drink green tea
6. when watching tv, walk around when the ads are on so you’re not just sitting there.
7. make sure you plan ahead when you’re going to exercise

    for my own experience . I go to the y everyday and swim. after i take about 2 miles walk. I eat 3 small meals a day. My meals are simple and healthy I work, take care of my condo, I use my body the most i can.
