Question by jg: What is the right fitness plan to become fit?
I just joined a gym and its only a month so there isn’t a lot there. They have a ton of cardio machines and weight lifting and that’s about it. I don’t really want to loose much weight I just want to tighten everything up. Ive done spinning classes and run the elliptical but i want to firm the tummy and thighs. what can i do?

If there was one right plan, fitness wouldn’t be a multi-billion dollar industry, including fad diets and quack schemes like acai berry and colon cleanse.
