  1. ______ says:

For me it was seeing that my older sister, who has been obese her entire life, was able to stick with one and start shedding pounds before my eyes. I finally stopped making excuses and realized that if she can do it, so can I. And it worked! Now the lasting motivation is knowing that eating right and exercising regularly is making a visible difference. Sometimes the hard part is just getting started – I think once you do and you see results, it’s addicting!

Do you have anybody in your life that could help keep you on track, like a workout buddy? Or maybe a dog that you can go for walks/runs with? If not, you may even be able to look into a free online community you can join so you can hear other people’s real-life success stories, and have people who understand how difficult it can be to stay on track.
